Cool RAM tweaking?

RAM is RAM (Random Access Memory). There is no tweaking to be done.

i heard it was possible to overclock it, is that incorrect?

You can not affect ONLY the RAM. Overclocking applies to many components of a computer. If you want to learn about overclocking, suggest you look at this link - Overclocking - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
