Question [Answered] Can I?

Im new on this forum and was wondering as ive been given a newer tower than the one i was using, which was on windows me, and this one is on xp and im unsure what brand of pc it is, the old one was fujitsu siemens, this one is more or less custom built but very short on ram, im wondering if i can place a memory upgrade from old one into this one?

Hi Tim, welcome to the PCHF.

It is possible, but unlikely that the memory will work.
You will probably find that the memory is SD-RAM in your old computer, and your new one is DDR or DDR2.
