Ive Got £50 to spend i would like least a gig But cant find the same ram any help?

The M2NS-NVM should support up to 400mhz, so I would recommend saving the extra $30 or so and buy two of these, and get rid of your old ones. Not only are these ones faster, but are also Kingston which are great quality with lifetime warranty.

I Found Some Like that But its not ddr2 and since mine is ddr2 would normal ddr fit?

Nope, DDR 2 and DDR are two different chips. You won't be able to use DDR.
