Hi timmy,

Yes the PC133 will fit into a PC100 slot, however the PC133 will simply run at the speed of a PC100 instead.

Hello Timmy Toad,

Hmmm...What motherboard is that? I would think a P3 mobo would run PC133 at 133. Wouldn't you say MadMonkey? My Dell P2 450 was made to run 133 and it was built in 97...lol An old PC for an old man.

A plus to running the PC133 is that they are easier to find and cheaper too.

*bows to Timmy Toad and MadMonkey*

I'm off!

Not really...
It all depends on the age of the P3...

Don't forget P3's ran for 300mhz to over 1ghz...
That's a good couple of years there...the later boards would run at 133, the older ones at 100 and some older ones would run even at 66
