I have an HP Pavilion ZV6000. I tried the 2gig memory card from my camera in it, and it won't read the card. I have heard about compatability issues with 2.0gig cards. Can I upgrade my card reader? The software? A download? I am just confused because my wife's HP DV5000 works just fine with the same card. Can someone help?

What type of cameral is it?
What is the model # of the memory card?
Do you have the latest BIOS running?
Do you get any type of error message?
Have you tried any other card in this reader?
In Device Manager, are you showing any conflicts?
