Default Program to test RAM if its bad?

I believe I have a bad stick of ram, when under heavy load I sometimes get a BSOD (blue screen of death). I do not have the exact error message, I swapped the order of the sticks of which i have 4x512 and they are much less frequent, but I have yet to pinpoint which is deffective. Is there a utility that will load the ram until one faults? or anything at all that will test RAM? I have done a couple google searches but I am flying blind. Anyone know of something to help?
