I am using 2 VS512MB400 from Corsair for Dual Channel.

How can I overclock it?

With memory - it's the same as CPUs....it all depends on what cooling you have, or don't have, and the motherboard.
If you have heatsinks on the memory - upgrade it ever so slightly in incriments.
If you don't have heatsinks i wouldn't suggest it.

Do it through your BIOS. I wouldn't do this if ur short on cash though. As overclocking will short the lifespan of ur component.

I wouldn't bother overclocking memory at all - there's no point at all...you get an extra half a second load time on games and no other benefits....big deal.
