that's dd2

notebooks are so-dimm and are much smaller then the desktop memory.

also now that we no what motherboard i have, are u sure that the best video card I can get is a 7800GS (AGP)??

Yup.

The 7800GS is the latest and greatest card for AGP..there will never be a better card for AGP as they have stopped making them.

hoodie, not a bad card, but GaRHar is talking about GeForce, not ATI Radeon. Two different cards.

Nope! On your motherboard, you have standard PCI and AGP slots. Standard PCI is old technology. AGP is faster. PCI Express is even faster. Unfortunately, your board only supports standard PCI and AGP. The ATI Radeon X1900 XTX is PCI Express, and won't work on your motherboard.
