Default weird happenings with memory

I thnk i am havin some problems with my ram. First off, my pc keeps rebooting while in wow, sndly it is also creating mini dump files although no restart. (it hasnt done either of these things since yesterday) I removed 1 stick(i run 2 512 ddr2) ran mem test and 0 errors in slot B2. I ran the other in slot A2 3 errors @394% testing. Ran stick 1 in A2 0 errors thru 600%, ran stick 2 in B2 0 errors at 400%. Ran them both in A1 and B1 to 1000% and 2000% respectively 0 errors. Put them both in together, no matter which channels, A1, B1, or A2. B2, and the error codes light up like a christmas tree. So i am wondering if it is the one stick i recieved the 3 errors on originally(i have never recieved errors on the snd stick) causing my reboots, or is the mobo defective? Any help would be appreciated. thx

Hello and welcome to PC Help Forum!!

Let's see if we can turn those reboots into some useful messages.

Right click MY COMPUTER, choose PROPERTIES, choose ADVANCED, choose the SETTINGS button in the Startup And RECOVERY section, and uncheck AUTOMATICALLY RESTART

Now reboot. This should result in the BSOD error, either right away or later on when it normally would restart.

When you see it, tell me the STOP ERROR and any parameters.

In addition, for your RAM sticks, I have a program which has turned out to be more reliable than Memtest.

Download Stress Prime

After you download it, double-click on it (which opens the CAB that it is in) and drag the program to your desktop. Now you can run it. Click on the drop-down box at the top and select Large, in-place FFTs - stress RAM and click Start

If it detects a fatal error, it will stop automatically and then report it. Let me know if that happens.

Otherwise, stop the scan after about 30 minutes, and then in the window at the bottom, it will say if any errors/warnings were detected. Let me know what it says.

ok i did the stress test for 30 minutes as suggested no errors. I ran 2 copies of the stress test as it suggested due to my core 2 cpu i assume. Then i recieved Fatal Error: reading from temp file:

Hardware Failure deteceted: Final result was d59f74e7, expected 6856f21f.
I also got the bsod while editing this post, stop 0x0000008e(0xc0000005, 0x806331c6, 0xf7a5b5e4, 0x00000000) fun stuff heh.
