I have a bit of a personal problem and i do not know who to ask, because it is slightly embarrasing. I have come to the memory page because it is the closest thing i could come to, for the particular querie i have. And i have decided to use a forum to get my answer because i do not have to ask someone face to face. My husband has just gone to Iraq for a tour of duty with the marines. Before he left he brought me a digital camera, and wants me to take personal pictures of myself to send to him, via his email account. The camara has a SD card which will store the images, but i will have to put the SD card in the computer at the internet cafe for it to read and send the images to my husband. I am a little concerned that the images will be left on this public computer, once i have taken the SD card back out and left. Could someone please tell me if it would leave the images on the system, for somone to get. I do not want personnal pictures of me going around my small town, i am sure you understand this dilema. I would be very grateful, as will my husband if someone could answer this question. Thank you. And sorry guys, you do not get any photos for helping, so do not ask.

Usually, there are no pictures left in that PC.
But, have you any idea what kind of PC that is? For example in Holland there's a KODAK Kiosk in some shops.
As far as I know, pictures are sent to the printing service.

So long as you copy NOTHING to the actual PC itself then there will be nothing stored on it. Attach the images straight from the SD card. Let's hope he doesn't "share" them when they get to the other end..huh?
