Default Computer randomly restarts while in a game

The problems started about a week and a half ago. While I am playing Guild Wars, usually when I leave a town and start walking my computer screen goes black, and sometimes restarts. When it restarts it says the system has recovered from a serious error. I gives me the errors:

mini022106-01.dmp
sysdat.xml

I was told that the sysdat error is related to the memory.
Any information will be greatly appreciated as I have not found to much information on this.

Thanks, Newman

Welcome to PCHF , Newman.

Lets check a couple of things:

Does it only happen with that game?
Have you installed up to date drivers for video , motherboard ect?
Is youre windows and directx up to date?
Have a look at the temps and voltages of youre pc with this app and report back the result:

http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php

And to check the ram , please run this app:

http://www.memtest86.com/
or:

It did crash once while just windows was running. And as of right now it is the only game I have on my system.

The temp readings at idle are:
Temp1 - 38C
Temp2 - 42C
HD0 - 27C
HD1 - 33C

Voltages at ilde are:
VCORE - 1.47V
+3.3V - 3.30V
+5V - 5.00V
+12V - 12.22V
-12V - (-12.20V)
-5v - (-5.00v)
+5VSB - 5.48V
VBAT - 3.52V

And I did no get a chance to test the memory because I do not have a floppy drive handy, and my cd burner is not responding at this time.

Thanks, Newman

Do you have one , or more then one stick of ram in there? If you have more then one you can try them one by one to test them. Just make sure to unplug the powercord when removing.

Have you also checked that?

MB is uptodate, I have an older driver on the video card, but I have tried newer one's and it doesn't make a difference.

I tried the ram thing too, but didn't leave just one stick in for a very long time, but with just one stick in it played further than with two. With two sticks in, in slot one and two, it crashed fairly quickly, and did the same with ram in two and three. But with ram in slots one and three it did not crash for about 30-45 mins of game play. I only have two stick of ram, and three slots.

Sorry I didn't add that to my first reply.

Try it abit longer with only one stick , see if it freezes after awhile. If it doesn't then try the other stick alone.

That way you should be able to find out if it is indeed the ram thats causing the problem, and if it is , wich stick.
