Default Computer cannot reconize new ram

When I start up my computer it dosnt turn on. The screen dosnt load or anything. I read the one topic but didnt find much. MAybe skipped something idk. I ran the program and here is my pc specification.

also here is what my ram thing says.. Yes its ram.. not sure if ram and memory are different :P

ValueRam?
KVR133X64C2/512
3.3V

on one the chips on the ram stick it says

9905220-019.A00
1346522-0725963

I hae took out all my ram and tried just this one, no luck. Tried it with other ram in no luck. Im not sure what the 3.3V thing is. Maybe thats the problem? Please help.

Sorry for the fact that no one has answered to your posts yet.

I think that the FSB of your RAM, and that of your other RAM and processor are the problem:
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
KVR133X64C2/512
Your new RAM has another speed.
