FAAAAHK!!!!

my computer keeps restarting on its own. I was defragging my comp an i went to the msn vids to check out the hurricane footage, the page loaded an then i closed it cuz i figured it would be too much stuff goin on an the comp would take a ****.... i was right.
as soon as i closed the page, my screen went black and restarted....on the blue screen of death, it says i have 244 bytes in bad sectors.
how do i fix that?

Language, McCheese, Language

I am really sorry that you are still having so many problems, but just for the record, when you are defragging your computer, DON'T TOUCH IT. Go out and get a cheeseburger, go watch TV, anything but interfere with the PC. You need to leave it alone.

Try it again, and leave it be. I'm sure it will be better tomorrow. Try to relax.
