Hey, my b-day is just a few days away and im going to get 1gb Single Moduel PC3200 DDR. I was wondering if your guys could help me find a great deal. Brand isnt a matter and a heatspreader can be added later if needed. Also, I am goin to get myself a new PSU. I want at least 420Watts, and A sleaving mod would be nice. I just want the best possible deal.

Best thing to do really is to use Froogle (imho) - I have saved quite a bit thru that service. Other people may have their favourites but for a quick view/comparison try Froogle: www.froogle.com.
Tip: make sure you sort the list in Price high/low.
