Hey, sorry, I haven't been on in quite some time, and the post was over 93 days old, so I couldn't reply to it, but:

No, that didn't help, my CPU only has one core. Now, a while back, I eventually said "Screw it", and reloaded windows (didn't have that much on there I couldn't just re-download in a couple minutes), and that got rid of it (of course) for a while. But, then, last night, I was playing Half-Life 1, and the whole game is sped up. So, I think to myself "Screw it, I'm playing Counter-Strike" and booted up Counter-Strike: Source, and now, THAT'S SPED UP TOO!
