Yes this has been on the cards for some time.

Those illegal downloads are going to stop.

Norris is BUSTED!!!!.

I expect millions will be getting similar letters also as this is just not a Virginmedia issue but most ISP are doing the exact same thing.

lol i know how horrible, my sister is only 15 and i have gave her a slap on the wrist but you can just imagine the next time i call virgin and the agent on the phone starts mumbling the tune to me aarrrgghh
