Anybody want to invest in a chain of soup-kitchens for the Good Ole USA-- since our useless politicians still don't get it ??

I make a mean pot of soup-- good bread too-- we'll make a killing....

Hmmm...I fear this particular cloud is gathering over every country.

Let's keep the "Soup Kitchen" idea on the back burner for now...but push comes to shove, can I be your Creative Director?

The ultimate reality of this mess is actually just beginning to show itself-- to the powers-that-be.
They are insulated from the everyday struggles that the little guys are facing on a daily basis.
Even families with 2 decent incomes are struggling.
I see late notices/mortgage warnings/ credit-card default letters/certified mail from attorneys...daily. Some for addresses that to all outward appearances -- are just fine.
I don't need to see inside those letters -- after 21 years of delivering mail-- you develop a sixth sense about what's what.
People can't hide the fear in their eyes-- and I see it everywhere.

In my own home-- a tank of home heating oil was under $300.00 when we moved here...now costs over $1200-- quadruple the price...and in new england-- you can't be without heat. Not if you want to live.
