I have an old compaq presario 5000 and when I open windows or folders, there is a lot of shadows in the background. I tested the hard drive in another tower, and its not the hard drive. I used a different monitor, and get the same thing so its not the monitor. it has to be something within the presario. any one got any ideas? email
