Default DANGER!! New media technology launching..be aware!

Found this article from the Digg site, apparently there are these new banners called "trustbanners" rolling out today or tomorrow, that uses some weird revolutionary method of gaining consumer trust through high frequency (90fps) banner adverts which stimulate specific regions of the visual cortex (Visual area V5/MT) producing instant effects on consumers...

Freaky stuff, this can totally change the whole media advertising industry!!

Here is the source for a more detailed response: Digg - MIND CONTROL ADVERTISING COMING TO YOUR WEBSITE

Ethical or not..what are your thoughts??

I didn't feel the urge to buy apples or Pepsi cola. This appears to be a modern version of subliminal advertising. It was used widely 40 (plus or minus) years ago during movies to get patrons to visit the snack bar. It's use was banned.

We can use this as a scapegoat for more impulsive purchases:

"Honey, the dots said to buy a Ferrari! I didn't want to buy it..."
