That doesn't have anything to do with age Ih8bills. Good music transends all ages and that my friend was good music. I had the chance to catch Carlos doing an old Delta blues tune that would make a stone statue cry...Only tune I ever heard that took me from falling down drunk to cold sober in 5 minutes (not totally sober but close)....

I have been listening to Carlos-- since I was a young lad. 30 years now.
I have always admired his skill... many other great videos on Youtube.
One I do greatly miss is Stevie Ray Vaughan...what a loss that was.
But if you EVER get the opportunity-- go see THIS young man.
Absolutely one of the very best concerts I've ever been to. He came out, hit one note on that guitar... and I was transfixed for 2 hours +
PS... he opened for BB King-- at age 14... he's in his twenties now.
You sound like a true Blues fan Ih8bills. I guess I've been a Santana fan for about the same time. I was fortunate enough to catch Stevie Ray before he broke out in the big times. I remember he and his brother would play some of the joints I frequented. Yep...he was great even then. I need to find more info in Jonny. He is awesome.
