In a way ...it is good for the rest of us. They send us lots of work.
It was a great concept-- too bad it was like most things--
ruined by the corpo-suited "geniuses" with 12 degrees in Business Admin--
and not one single lick of common sense.
Most people don't have a clue how technology works-- but they DO know when they're being ripped off.
When you are pushing sales over quality-of-service-- do you honestly think people are going to return??
Had this been done right-- it could have been huge.
