So i sent them another email this morning with a bit more swear words and a tad more anger than my previous email.

What happend to this "You will get a reply in 24 hours" eh?!
I sent a message yesterday and no ******* reply. Youve stolen my ******* money, not made me a member, no gave me ANY support and you call yourself fast easy and secure?? You charged me EXTRA so i had to buy another ukash voucher? £14 to become a guadian when $20 clearly is £11.88.
My friend said he used you before and had the same complications, it took him 3 days! to recieve a reply and only then he became a guardian.
Your nothing but a money stealing, slow, unhelpfull, waste of space on the internet. I will not be recommending you to ANYONE in the future nor will i be ever using you EVER again.

Ukash told me the transfer when using ukash is automatic. So if it instantly transfers it to you, why has it taken you 20 odd hours to send the payment to artix entertainment hmm?
I know you probobly wont reply to this, or i might recieve a reply in about a year or so, maybe more judging by what ive heard about you "Great" "HAHA" customer service............
