Default Customer Service
Say what you will about Microsoft, or Micro$oft as they are often called by the "open source" community.
Sure...they're expensive, and made some horrible mistakes in the paste, but they're sure as heck making up for it now with their bullet proof Customer Service.
From what I've personally dealt with in regards to Windows, and the following link in regards to the Xbox 360...yea...can't be faulted
