An odd question...

I know that typing in all CAPS is like yelling or shouting. Does typing in all blue versus the standard email color have a significance?

Not really but the thing to consider, is there any point of the blue?

Is it there to emphasise something?

Another thing to consider is a lot of people (me included) set their email clients to plaintext so they're not going to see the blue (as it'd be HTML formatted) and it will just appear in a normal font colour.

Colour is down to personal preference

bold, underline, or italicsis when you need to emphasis something. CAPS is just annouying

Generally, if someone sends me an email with all CAPS, I copy and paste it into word and change it back to normal as it's easier to read.
