Default Lookin' for a job

Hey guys, I'm looking for some work at home, obviously with the computer, and was wondering what kinds of jobs there are available to people online. I'm very interested in starting my own small business and have been researching that for the past few weeks, but haven't been able to find anything else incase that doesn't work out. I've searched google, checked various websites to see if they're hiring people but nothing has really come up that would be right for me.

One of the other things I've been thinking about is writing for a website, or just contributing in some way to a website, but I really have no idea in what way. I don't mind putting in the hours of hard work to make something pay off, infact I'd be glad to work to occupy my mind a bit. I'm not looking to earn a small fortune, just enough to help me save for things like clothes and other things I need. If anyone can come up with any ideas that would be great.

Hey P-G-H great to have you here on PCHF.

Firstly to note, what kind of strengths do you have and what do you like to do ?

Maybe if you plan in that direction it would be more easier to take off.

Just my thoughts.

Cheers.

Well I like working with computers, it's not as if I'm an expert or anything, but I'm always looking to learn new things and think of it as my biggest hobby along with music. I have an interest in technology, games, PC hardware/software etc etc. I also like writing things, and being creative with graphics too. I'd really like to further my skills in web design, I only really know the basics of HTML code, and so web publishing would be another thing to look at. I've enquired about a games testing job at Rockstar games, but I need a few years experience behind me, something I unfortunately don't have.

My strengths tend to be that I'm creative, learn things very quickly, and am determined to succeed. My weakpoints are probably that I can get impatient and become very frustrated easily when things are going wrong.

Hmm how about a MMORPG GM or developer. It would certainly fit in all your skills.

Matt

That's not a weak point! thats human!

Since you like writing, maybe software reviews? there are some sites that will pay for that.

Just a thought.
