I went to pc world yesterday to buy a laptop.I was treated to THE rudest shop assistant in the world.How they can expect to sell IT equipment when they have no idea about customer service I cannot understand.The 'youf' that served me (or didn't in the end as I left the store without parting with money) was rude, ill informed, obnoxious and oh he dies his hair black.I wont say which store it was but it is in a university city in the south of England.Needless to say I will NEVER purchase another thing from PC world.
Should anyone from pc world read this perhaps they would like to consider spending more money on training staff in customer service instead of advertising on TV.
