I went to pc world yesterday to buy a laptop.I was treated to THE rudest shop assistant in the world.How they can expect to sell IT equipment when they have no idea about customer service I cannot understand.The 'youf' that served me (or didn't in the end as I left the store without parting with money) was rude, ill informed, obnoxious and oh he dies his hair black.I wont say which store it was but it is in a university city in the south of England.Needless to say I will NEVER purchase another thing from PC world.
Should anyone from pc world read this perhaps they would like to consider spending more money on training staff in customer service instead of advertising on TV.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with PC World. It's all too common thesedays though and I, like you, will NEVER purchase so much as a battery from PC World!!

Let's hope you found what you were looking for elsewhere and if you need alternative sources for hardware just ask

had to buy a new router from pc world to day as i fryed my old one but i would normaly buy online but of course i had no internet because of my router so i had no choice other wise i would have brought online. and i personlay think dell are no better ether.

Personally i think dell are better, evreything i've bought from pc world in the past has broke/been rubbish, such as my (old) packard bell computer , plus the salesman are pushy, but i do see your point on dell.

A PC World employee blows the lid on the "Technical" support fiasco being offered by PCW. Makes enjoyable watching, considering the comments above.
