Default sortof new pc help plz

hi all

i had problems with my pc and was told it was probably my motherboard and the new RAM i bought and the company has agreed to take them back as faulty products...well bascically i need a motherboard and maybe some RAM to go with these components

Graphics Card : Gainward GeForce 7800GT 256MB DDR3 ultra/3400pcx

Processer : AMD (Venice) Athlon 64Bit 3200+ Socket 939pin 512k L2cache 90nm Retail Boxed Processor

RAM : TwinMOS PC3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB CL2.5 Memory184-p (for DDR-PC400MHz)

I do have a bascic idea of what to buy but after my last motherboard and ram problem id prefer if sum1 else picks out some descent things available
the motherboard i bought was only £40 so if the more expensive models are alot better then id be happy to spend upto £60-70 and the RAM isnt really that important.

thx for any help

(edit) id prefer if the parts were orderred from www.ebuyer.com thx
