Default Wireless Earphones

Hey.
For ages ive been wanting to see Wire Earphones (IN EAR EARPHONES not head phones). And i saw some guy in town with them in today, Just looked like a normal earphone, except where the wire would be was a tiny little arial(don't know how to spell it). Does anyone know where i could get these? and if they are worth getting at all. My friend is fixated on the idea of them fallin out of your ear and loosing them?!
Many Thanks
Matt
