Question backing up music files

My motherboard is faulty and I have to send in my computer to get repaired under warrantee. I have all my documents backed up prior to the problem, but I want to save my music files as well.

I have detached my harddrive and can hook it up to another computer. What is the easiest way for me to back up? I have a ton of music files, and it would be a hassle to reload all of the CD's i own back into itunes. Also, I have these files on my ipod. Is there a way to put them onto my new repaired computer?

Thanks.

Hi sobe476, if u have the music files on the ipod, just transfer the songs from your Ipod to your new computer using the usb cable provided with the package that comes with the Ipod.

Peace

Matt
