Sorry to hijack this thread so to speak, but im currently looking for a part time job. Now as im a bit of a computer geek, and do very well in supporting friends/family with their PC problems, do you think ill be able to get a part time job as a call centre technician at a local computer store?

I think that you certainly have the aptitude to work within an IT support environment. You will need to pick things up really quick though and make sure you concentrate hard on your weaker areas. Good luck and let us know how you get on
