Yea, especially now that the USB keys are getting bigger and bigger. I have a 128mb one and it now feels so small. I only bought it 4 months ago :cry:

I recently added a 250gb SATA hard drive to my Pc and believe it or not I had to put my floppy drive back onto my system to install the SATA drivers in dos when I was re-installing Windows XP - how old fashioned and stoopid is THAT?!?!? If I had taken the time to think about it I could probably have burnt the files to cd etc but I just thought i t would be easier to whack the old floppy on again.

Still - it's back in the bottom of the cupboard again now - in disgrace hehe :wink:

i didn't had to install any drivers for my 120gb sata?? its was just simply plug and play, although i had to format and partition it using partition manager?

Still have mine. Its not affecting my system so i don't really care. Haven't used it for a year/year and a half now.

i use mine loads, guess i have to for doing school work and stuff.. or i use email.
our school is slowly removing the floppy disks, 'kids like sticking pens and things in them'

I have one but I don't know how to connect it to my motherboard on the right way...does that count?
