What will be interesting is the amount of spam the Gmail gets compared to Hot Mail. I think once you get pass a certain storage allocation web mail is down to the level of services your can provide, spam or AV. I don't use web mail at present but I will get a Gmail account at some point.

Anyone know when the upgrades are going to happen?

I remembered reading it somewhere it was supposed to be in Sept 04, its now Nov 04 and there is no sign of it, except for that e-mail which they sent me that promised AV protection but no 250MB................

Well i have 2000 mb now (MSN plus). One of my friends has 250 mb now. Plus a new account i opended today (to test hotmail.co.uk) had 25mb, with 250mb coming within a month
