Choose you hard drive that you want to install it onto (you don't even have to create a partition), amount of space for it, Linux distribution, username, password, etc. It will automatically download software and then you'll reboot to install your Linux distribution, and reboot once more where you'll sign in. If you have problems follow the FAQ on their website, and there is almost no way corrupt your computer in the process. Have a good one.
