Question [Answered] how to network a linux machines?

i dont get into networking a linux machine.i use ubuntu.is there any device driver issue here? i have known that linus has a limited hardware driver. some one told me to use SAMBA. what is samba? what can it do?

SAMBA is a piece of software to allow file sharing between Linux and Windows machines. Unless you plan on running a file-server, or setting up file sharing, this won't become an issue. Just plug the computer into the network and see what happens.
