Hi!

I need some help deciding on the right linux distrubition for a computer with:
  • 600MhZ Celeron Processor
  • 128mb memory and
  • 20GB HDD

I am pretty decent @ windows but beginner at linux

I'm choosing between Ubuntu and Fedora.

When I started using Linux, I used Redhat. But moved to SuSe 9.0 Much easier, and it will setup nice with your system spec's.. If not SuSe then go with Fedora..

i think suse is the best thing for a beginner, i love it like, very very easy to use aswell..

Another option is to get PC linux which is a live cd, quite cool i must say

I'd go with Fedora, while it's the only distro I've tried I find it has a good installation program and is very easy to use. Also comes with a ton of software.
