I've had this computer for a while..it's a toshiba..and everything was working fine on it. It has windows xp. Around a week ago I downloaded the msn and my computer crashed! It froze and when I turned it off and back on again it took like 10 minutes to come up and when it comes to the screen it's like my picture and nothing else! Then if I wait like 10 more minutes everything's back to normal except for I can't really click anything! Does this sound like the system restore would fix this? I'm going to hopefully take it to get fixed in a couple of days but I was just wondering if that would fix it..thanks in advance!
