Laptop is Toshiba L300 1 AQ.

When my laptop is on standbye and i plug it in, its all gd, But when laptop is fully charged and on standbye its turning itself on. any ideas?

Also when the laptop is on mains and i put it on standbye it straight away turns on. Help it only goes on standbye if on battery then i can plug mains in, then it turns on when fully charged.

It never used to do these things, is it a setting?

Is the laptop in question the one you mentioned in your profile specs?

Hello OCFL have you tried the full Vista power options and settings?

Go to your power settings and fumble around with standby mode and this may be something in bios also. Have you recently been into bios to change anything. If so you can disable the wake on video in bios that could possibly stop it.

I never been on laptop bois :P

It seems to do it sometimes and not others lol

Had alook all my standbye and **** looks ok

Whats the name of your bios maybe i can guide you through some of the settings to check for.
