    Welcome to PCHF.

Let us assume that you are absolutely correct and your laptop is not overheating.

"...suddenly my computer shuts down, simply shutdown!"
Let us also assume that there is no BSOD, rapidly fleeting blue screen, followed by a shutdown.

After an overheat/thermal shutdown, the next most common cause of this action is a failure in the power supply (or power circuitry).

Is your battery old and weak?
Is the power brick hot to the touch?
Are there any errors reported from the Power Meter in the system tray?

    Hello Endro,

Including what Antman has suggested, we need to know if it is happening only while playing games. Please run the hardware diagnostic test to check the functionality of the hardware components. Run the test and check if it gives any error code. Note down the error code and update me with the same, would let you know the next course of action. If the test passes on all the hardware components,[S] try updating BIOS to the latest version. [/S]

Please try the steps and write back with details.

overheating don't explain that why only low graphic games?!? and it gives error before it shut down but i cant see the error because shutdown...

Well, that does vary from your original report. Since I cannot see your PC, your words are my eyes.

You have misread the advice provided, but it is a moot point. Your description has changed, to include a BSOD, and the range of possible causes is greatly expanded.

    ?!?
    Please follow AllanD's guidance.

But, ignore the BIOS update until such time there is evidence that one is required. It is bad advice. If your machine is crashing due to a physical hardware failure, and it crashes during the BIOS update, AllanD and his friends at Dell will not give you a free laptop.

I run that "hardware diagnostic test" and without any errors... It can be overheating but why error and only low graphic games? can this annoying wierd sound in my headphone be related to this problem?

    Hello Endro,

Since the hardware diagnostics have passed, I would suggest you to run the Dell PC Diagnostics on the video card, sound card and CPU. In case you are not able to capture the error message before the system shuts down, you may run the Windows Error test under symptom tab.

    Please write back with results.
