First of all, your product is HP Pavilion xL768 Desktop PC (US) Are you are using Windows Me or XP? That's the mainboard of your system: Motherboard and Jumper Settings for Systems with AMD Athlon Processor and an AMD Irongate (AMD-751) Chipset Can you boot your system? Can you go into the BIOS Menu? Did you try to clear the CMOS? (see how on the above link
