is this where i get help for my pc when i switch my pc on the fan goes fast and nothing comes on the screen

Hi and welcome.YES,post full symptoms any beeps etc,was computer acting strangley before this.Post in hardware or xp forum.

hi other forum members my pc knacked my missus did her nut "ow much that gonna cost im in the dog house"

i put 512mb in pc and it played up with zig zags across the screen took it out every thing fine next day fan on fast all the time nothing on screen

George if you list more symptoms then maybe it can be fixed,Is fan running as usal?maybe onboard graphics card gone.Please a little more info.Thanx.

Double check all leads are connected properly,check fuse in plug or try a diffrent monitor lead.Try a diffrent monitor.

normally fan comes on at boot up then it goes slow but now it goes fast i think it was doogy 512mb having said that have you encountered this and can it be fixed i think the moniter is ok but i will check i have checked fuses thanks for replying
