I have just joined this site and am impressed at its scope. I would like to start with a simple question: is Outlook Express considered a to be part of the operating system, and if so (or not) where do I go to ask for help on an aggravating problem that I can't find answer to anywhere to date. Thanks for any guidance. rfb100

Hello and Welcome to PC Help Forum Rbf100. The Staff here at PCHF will be pleased you think so. They work hard to make this the best place on the Web. As for your question, I do not believe Outlook Express is a part of the OS as MicroSoft would like you to think You might post your question in the Operating Systems subforum that is related. (ie:WindowsXP\2000...ect...ect)
