Default Hey There. Hope to Contribute to the Helping!!
Hey Guys. Glad to be a part of this growing community. My name is Sherad. I am 24 in NYC and I have been helping friends and family fix and upgrade their PC's for as long as I can remember. I think it is time to take it to the next level.

I feel my skills have been dwindling the past couple months so I am here to get them back before I launch my business. I figure helping people here will help that as well. There are some people who never want to do things by themselves especially in NYC.

I eventually want to repair PC's via remote connection but I still feel I have lots to learn. I am Network+ certified and figure I might as well get A+.

Any suggestions or help I can get to achieve my goals are much appreciated. Help me help you guys lol. But really am very glad to be here.
