oh sorry about that cause im new here i dont know what to do, anyway my problem is one day my computer begin to freeze then when i check and change all the parts then i traced my video card is not working so i decide to buy a new one (geforece fx 5200 nvidia) in short my com. is working again then later after an hour the BSOD pop up again.

Hi!

Did you install a driver for your videocard? If not, I recommend you go to Welcome to NVIDIA - Graphics Cards, Motherboards, Notebooks, Desktop PCs and download the latest driver for your card...

yes i do that, do i need to uninstall the the old one before install the new video card? is that right?

Yes you do need to uninstall the old driver first.
