Hi Everyone,
I am totally new to any chat forums (1st one) found this site whilst trying to sort
out a problem I have with a possible "Scam". Hope someone can help me.
:keep getting a message (pop-up?) from a "Microbillsys" claiming that I owe them
money for a subscription to a porn site which I know nothing about. the thing is I cannot
teg rid ofthis pop-up which appears everytime I try and access the internet and stays
"locked" for 30 seconds before I can delete it .but it keeps appearing on my desktop
as a shortcut?.is there anyway of getting rid of this?.I have full norton anti-virus package
which I have "tweaked" but to no avail. any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

what might have happened is someone hacked your computer, and hijjacked it, and found your credit card number and stuff. it happens. but,, lets hope thats not the case. follow the prework stuff here and let us know. http://www.pchelpforum.com/hijackthi...a-prework.html post it back here.
