Hey all, im pete ,31 from edinburgh, scotland, UK. found your site while looking for advice on a motherboard problem which i had already solved

Anyways liked the layout and advice given on the site so thought id join up, my experience of pc's ranges from 286 cpu all the way to core 2 quad (recently built one for a customer and wow) and DOS through win 3.1,95,98,ME,2000,XP and now vista , got heavily into gaming when pentium chip was released and that started my experience with networking setting up 8 player Token Ring then 16 player base-t lans for quake weekends got a HND in computing support from Stevenson college, Edinburgh in 2004 and studied there for my CCNA and MCSE.

Now i run my own computer support business supporting business and home users across east scotland.

Anyway i hope i can help at some point and im sure ill get some useful advice from you guys as well.

if it had been 2 weeks ago, i would have been saying i was a young sprightly 30, but since then ive had a birthday and discovered more 'random' hairs and more grey so now ill just say im 31

i lost all my hair when i was 15..so i don't have the choice of going grey

All im gonna say is its not male pattern baldness, its gravity.

Everytime i look up my nose or in my ears or on my back there's a new hair thats lost to the law and left my head.
It's not nice to put power tools up your nose.
