Please help.....I'm trying to find out how to use a shortcut in Outlook 2003, Winxp. Instead of going into the Address Book to find the "To" contact when sending an email, I would like to be able to just type in the first letter of the contacts name into the "To" box and have all the names starting with that letter, drop down. I could do it in an earlier version of Outlook but not in 2003.

Already answered here: http://www.pchelpforum.com/office-software/29935-outlook-shortcut.html - Hengis
