Knowing that you dont have as much knowledge/experience as you thought you did...is definately an up in the world of idiotic "IT people" in this day and age (unfortuantely).

I see you have a rather "antique" computer there...at least you have a quality hard drive - Quantum Fireball...they certainly don't make 'em like they used to!
