I am going to need a ton of help with my octanepix.com sports photography site... I need to know of a good FTP client and a pdf or a good help site to go along with it for instruction.

I am self-employed so it's me, and anyone that can help me against the world.

Welcome to PCHF.

My personal preference is CuteFTP, but this cost's $40. You can download ZIP Genius, which comes with an FTP client from here: http://www.zipgenius.it/ccount/click.php?id=7

You will also need your host address details from your provider.
