Hi everyone
I'm new to the site and would like to ask someone to help me downloading. (By the way I am a pensioner and not very computer literate!!!)
When I try to download money saving vouchers etc - when I print them I get a page of numbers and letters
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong (In laymans language please)

If you click the Printer icon to the right and click Print Preview what does the page look like?
Also what version of Explorer are you using?
