If you click the Printer icon to the right and click Print Preview what does the page look like?

The print preview looks OK but as I mentioned when I p rint numbers and letters appear

We are quite able to follow what you have written but we must ask that you read our responses. Can I ask once more what version of IE do you have please. Please read this link to determine. How to determine which version of Internet Explorer is installed

When I click on print preview the page for downloading looks normal. I have a Windows Vista Internet Explorer
